Jill is an accomplished expert in the field of translational biology, with over 20 years’ experience leading and delivering effective drug discovery programs across a broad range of therapeutic indications.

Jill is widely recognized for her role with RxCelerate, a company she founded in 2013. As CEO, Jill has grown the company from a start up through to an established and leading provider of outsourced drug discovery and development services, supporting a network of clients to design and execute complex therapeutic discovery pipelines. Jill’s success and career with RxCelerate have been profiled in The Times, recognized the top biotech company in 2024 and routinely featured in J.P. Morgan’s Top 200 Women-Powered UK Businesses Report.

Jill received her Ph.D from the National Heart and Lung Institute at Imperial College, London, subsequently spending over a decade as an academic with the Department of Medicine at the University of Cambridge.
