Shift Bioscience Head of ML Lucas Camillo and advisor Bo Wang released CpGPT, a foundation model for DNA methylation. Lucas used a fine-tuned CpGPT to create an aging clock that ranked 1st on the public leaderboard for mortality prediction in the Biomarkers of Aging Challenge.
